The New Congress Must Recall Attorney General Eric Holder

On January 20, 2010 The New Republican Congress Should Make It Their Number One Priority To Put The Pressure On Obama Administration To Force Eric Holder To Re-Sign As U.S Attorney General

U.S Attorney General Eric Holder has gone far enough. How much more of this can the American people can take of this none senses? Just when I thought Janet Reno was so bad Eric Holder is worse. Out of all the U.S Attorney Generals from past presidential administrations, Eric Holder is bar none the biggest failure of them all. This is someone who is the Chief law enforcement officer of America and he has made a mockery of our justice system. It is so bad it is enought to make your face turn red.

Holder has given too many rights to Islamic terrorist who have one thing in mind and that is kill Americans in the name of their religion. If that is not bad enough our U.S Attorney General Holder has failed to secure our borders which is the reason why many illegal aliens are coming across the borders by the dozens and get a free shopping spree at tax payers expense. Then again Attorney General like most left wing liberals like to play the race card game where no one wins and the tax payers loose.

If I am not mistaken and correct me if I am wrong but is it a fact the Mr. Holder took an oath to up hold the law and to protect the interest of the American people ? Is it also a fact that it is his job to protect our national security? If that is true then he has not done a good job. What upsets me is that this is our Chief law officer and he is wasting his time suing the state of Arizona because Governor Jan Brewer is doing here job protecting to people of Arizona from dangerous illegals something our federal government has failed to do.

It seems to me that Mr. Holder does not understand the term "enemy combatant" Islamic terrorist should be tried in military court not in civilian court. If you know your history and you should back in World War II President Franklin D. Roosevelt sign into law the enemy combatant act. Back in 1943 two Nazi spy's came into America and were caught in New York. They had every intention to comment harm against Americans on American soil. They were latter convicted in military court and where sentence to death.

The point I am making is that foreign terrorist should not have any rights at all period. They are enemy combatant committing an act of War against Americans. It those soft hearted liberals who like to treat Islamic terrorist as lovable teddy bears. If you are as angry as I am then this is what you should do. Call up your local congressmen or congresswomen and demand them to recall Eric Holder.

He should be in the hot seat and needs to answer to the American people. We can not and we will not allow Attorney General Holder off the hook. It is also important that you call up your U.S Senator and tell them it tis ime to fire Eric Holder. The Democrats may have senate but they know they are on thin ice because they know that the 2012 Presidential elections are not too far away. Do what is right take the time to make the phone calls and write letters to your elected officials. We can not take anymore of this because Eric Holder must go right now!
