Many viewers of my blog have ask me the question on whether or not " Can Herman Cain Win The GOP Ticket" ? First let me say I do like Herman Cain and he has the right ideal on how he wants to lead America which is the reason why I back him 100% however, I just do not see it happening. I could be wrong and I hope I am wrong but here is why it may not happen. First of all liberal blacks Americans out number conservative black Americans my a huge margin. However, it is also fair to say that there are some liberal black Americans who do support Herman Cain due to the fact of their disappointment of President Obama who is making attacks against Mr. Cain.

Second of all you have many left wing black extremist such as Rev Jesse Jackson, Rev Al Sharpton and Van Jones who go out to portray Mr. Cain as an Uncle Tom and a sell out. Mr. Cain will be a huge target by the Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan and the New Black Panther Party. Already you have the very rude and disrespectful congress women Maxine Waters along with congress women Shelia Jackson Lee who both have called Mr.Cain an Oreo. Then the worst of all the left wing media such as MSNBC and CNN are out to destroy Mr. Cain at any cost.

Then on the other hand it has been said 9 out of 10 times the GOP candidate who wins the Florida straw poll ends up winning the election so there is some hope. However, it is now a question can Voters who are Republicans, Democrats, Independents, liberals and conservatives put their difference aside and work together by elected the right person for President. Out of all the candidates on the GOP ticket Herman Cain is the right man for the job. He has the same views as our last great President Ronald Regan. In 1980 both Voters. Republicans, Democrats and Independents united togetter even though they did not always agreed, but they did agree they had enough of President Jimmy Carter and in the end Ronald Regan came out on top.

In a resent interview with Fox News reporter Megan Kelly, Mr. Cain said that he knews what he is facing and the heat he will have to take from the left wing media and other liberal activist groups. " America is living on life support" said Mr. Cain. We must put an end to Obama's waste full speending that is killing our economy . Mr. Cain went on to say that " Our current President does not want to take any responsibillty for his own faults and failures so he plays the blame Bush game and yet some people buy it". President Obama needs to grow up and be a Man and stop attacking like a kindergarner. The American people had enough and Novermber of 2012 the American people will have their final say so said Mr. Cain.

It takes the power of the people to put Herman Cain in the white house. Make sure you write a letter to your local Tea Party Chapter and tell them to back Herman Cain all the way though November of 2012. It can happen but only the American people can make it happen. True many liberal think tank groups are going to spend lots of money for President Obamas re-election . We all know one of them is the despicable tyrant George Soros who has spent millions of dollars to keep Obama in the white house for another four years. Lets make sure that Mr. Soros wasted his money by elected the right man at the right time and that is Mr. Herman Cain.

Due to my busy work schedule I did not have time to do a blog on the 10 year anniversary of the worst terrorist attack in American History. Even though the 10 year anniversary was eleven days ago I wanted to give you my take on what happen 10 years ago. September 11, 2001 is a day I will never forget. I was in bed sleep one morning until I herd my mom scream! She told me to turn on the Television in a very loud voice. When I turn it on I could not belive what I have seen with my own two eyes. I know that day we where at war.

Now 10 years latter, the liberal media and the Hollywood lib brats are being more disrespectful then ever. During the time of World War II, many Hollywoood actors and actress showed their American pride by backing our brave men and women of the U.S Arm Forces. Today in Hollywood you cann forget about that because they are anti American liberals who love to leach off the American dollar. Then worst of all our First Lady of the United States Michelle Obama showed her true colors on why she is one of the worst first Lady's in American history when she disrespected the American Flag. She was being very rude when the media caught her on tape when she said to her husband President Barrack Obama as they were standing in a very soft voice " All this for a flag?" Then the President noted his head as a yes.

Now you know why the media and the Hollywood lib brats have such a love affair with the Obama's. Has our first lady forgot what our flag is about? People have died for that flag so we can be a free nation. Millions of people where killed on 9/11/01. Some have lost their lives to save other lives. Then our President has a jackass name Van Jones who work in the white house say rude and disrespectful things about the victims of 9/11/01.

Now we know why Obama must be defeated in 2012! Our current President is done more harm then good for this great nation. The victims of 9/11 can not rest in peace until we end the war against the terrorism. To the family's of the victims of 9/11 We will never forget them and they will be rememberd forever. To our brave men and women in the U.S Arm Forces may God Bless you always and we stand united with you.

Before I Begin, allow me to tell you about my family back ground so you know where I stand on my point of views. I am a great grand son of Mexican immigrants. My great grand parents came to America with no money in their pocket just the clothing on their back and the shoes on their feet. When they came to America the government never gave them free health care, they never gave them free housing or any type of government assistance. Not that they ask for it or complain about it they knew they had to earn and work hard for what they earn. They came to America legally and respectfully and never once complain about going though the process system.

As a great grandson of Mexican immigrants I know the difference between racism and common senses. Illegal immigration is about common senses not race like the left wing media makes it to be. What you Will never here from media outlets such as CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS and yes even FOX News.... They do not tell you that Mexico enforces their immigration laws but for some reason other another the liberal media as will as the Obama Administration think it is a crime or a cry of racism when America by the rule of law enforce our immigration laws. So let me get this straight Mexico can enforce their immigration laws but America is not allowed to ? Do you see a double standard?

Do not get me wrong I like FOX News in fact it is the only news network that is worth watching other then CSPAN. However, FOX needs to do their job and show a better example then the clowns at CNN and MSNBC. I was reading the Canadian Free Press and I was very surprised on what they reported. Did you know Mexico among average deports about 65 illegal immigrants a day or more mainly from El Salvador? It is also been reported that Mexican Border Guards have also rape many women who got caught coming in Mexico illegally. That is something you do not here from the media and it should be reported. These reports come from independent news outlets and local news media. This shows that the major media outlets will not report any of this and FOX News needs to get off their ass and make a fool out of MSNBC and CNN for not doing their job.

To be fair we must understand is that not all immigrants who are working out in the farms working for low wages are not illegals. The problem is that you have legal immigrants who do not speak English but trying to learn English and they do not understand that Illegal immigration effects them and not just the American tax payer. The majority of legal immigrants who have green cards work two or three jobs and they have to pay out of their own pocket to pay for their own health care. However, someone who is an illegal gets it all free at tax payer expenses and at the expenses of the legal immigrant who works from pay check to pay check. These types of legal immigrants are the ones who work hard for 8hrs or more then they go to night school to learn to read, write and speak English and they do not get rewarded for their honesty.

Many legal immigrants are confused because they only here what they read from liberal left wing Spanish newspapers such as La Opinion which is own by the Los Angeles Times. La Opinion wants all immigrants legal or illegal to believe that all white Americans hate Mexicans. If you are wise you would know that is not true. The American people have made it clear we welcome all immigrants to this country but all we ask is to do it legally, learn English and study the Constitution. The liberals in the media they think that is asking way too much.

What some people do not understand is that illegal immigrants come from all places not just Mexico. There are illegals who come from Canada living in Detroit Michigan. Unfortunately the media is not getting their facts straight on Arizona's immigration laws. First of all, the authority's will be checking everyone not just people of brown skin. Yes they will even ask a white person if they are a legal citizen if they get pulled over for a traffic violation. The white person could be someone that is illegal from Canada, Germany or England. As along as the police talk nice and be respectfully when the ask question then what is the big deal?

Did you know a convicted felon who is serving time in prison is an illegal? Yes, it is true. If some is breaking out of prison and not doing their time then they are by definition white, black or brown they are an illegal alien. That means they for fitted their rights and they are own by the system. If they break out of prison they are illegal aliens living in society without serving their time.

For every twenty illegals who cross the border 10 out of 20 have criminal records. That is why it is dangerous to allow illegals to have a drivers license. Each time they apply for a drivers license 9 out of 10 use false names to hide their real identity. Some have even steal an legal immigration green card number to commit Identity theft. Back in 2002 Los Angeles Sheriff Deputy David March was shot and killed by illegal alien who was believe to be Armando Garcia. But his real name was Jorge Arroyo. It turn out that he use the false name Armando Garcia to hide his criminal record so he could get a drivers license. 6 years latter Arroyo was found in Mexico and is now serving a life sentence and we the tax payers are paying for this low life. He would have gotten the death penalty but Mexico would only send him back unless there was an agreement that he would get life in prison.

If you are a Mexican America who is a conservative like me, we must reach out to the hard working legal immigrants and explain to them that America welcomes you here we do not welcome the ones who break the law. What the legal immigrants do not understand is that when they are out in the fields working their ass off they are paying for someones health care, food stamps and other government assistance out of their pay check. They are paying for someone who is cutting in front of them. The ones who come here legally always get robbed of their innocents but someone who breaks the law always get everything for free out of our own tax dollars. If you know someone who is a legal immigrant or has a residence card please take the time to talk with them and let them know the rest of America is on their side. If we can do that It will give a huge defeat the left wing media and the hacks in Washington D.C !

Then very sadley, on Saturday August 6, 2011 I recevied a report that our 30 brave United States NAVY SEALS where killed in a helicopter crash in protecting our nation.

At this time please join me in prayer for our 30 brave U.S NAVY SEALS because we give our support to their familys to let them know we are behind them 100%

Dear beloved God.... Bless our 30 Brave U.S NAVY SEALS and welcome them home as they touch your face with love. For they are now living in your Kingdom of Heaven. They put their country before them selfs because they love their country. They paid the price because they knew someone had to. We ask you father to grant them enteral rest and my they become the guardan angels up above so our brave men and women get the job done and come home soon. On Tuesday morning I was listening Fox News and I was listening to some very disturbing comments made by Senator majority leader Harry Reid. It never seems to amaze me that Senator Reid shows a lot of arrogance for the American tax payer and for the American people in general. Senator Reid on Capitol Hill said quote " The GOP congress has two choices and that is they either do what is right for the Tea Party or do what is right for the country". Can you believe what this fool said? Its seems to me that Mr. Potato Head lives on the plant of the apes. Senator Reid let me help you out " The Tea Party is the country!!" We the people as it is written in the United States Constitution our the country and the authority who makes the decision. Did you learn your lesson on November 2, 2010?

It seems to me that you have not Mr. Reid. The problem with Senator Reid like most liberals in America do not want to take responsibility for their own actions and refuse to take any accountability for their mistakes. Our current President Barrack Obama since the day he got into office continues to play the blame game with President Bush. The liberals need to get it though their head that Bush is not in office and Obama is in office. It is now his responsibility and he must be held accountable not Bush so get over it liberals! To be fair yes Bush should take some of the blame but not all of it. Lets talk about what has happen between 2006-2010 when the Democrats took control of the House and Senate.

Since the day when then Speaker of the House Nancey Pelois and Senator Majority Leader Harry Reid took control in 2006 they have cut funds on our Military but yet they did not mind wasting money on social programs that tax payers should not have to spend their money on. Then worst has came and that is when President Obama introduce a stimulus package in which he has said would help boost the economy and create job growth. Question is did it work? It did not . True President Bush left office with a 5 Billion Dollar deficit however, President Obama has now increased the deficit to over 12 Trillion Dollars! During time when the Democrats took control of the House and Senate they had force banks to give risky loans to people who do not qualify. Lot of the blame goes to ACORN who have filed law suites as away to force banks to give loans to people who do not even have a job. You know what happens from their? Yes you guess it right! These at risk borrowers end up defaulting on their loan and then the banks loose money then the tax payer are force to pay for it. Then you can add the stimulus bail out that the Obama Administration has given to GM , Chrysler, Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac.

What the media has forgotten to tell the American people about Barrack Obama's close Chicago buddy Former CEO of Fanny Mae-Freddy Mac Franklin Rains who bankrupt the company by giving risky loans to low income families who could not afford to pay off the loan. As a result Rains left his post as CEO and walk off with over 25 million dollar bonus which is money that should be paid back to the customers who lost their life savings because of what this crook did. Long before this disaster even happen, the Congress was warn back in 2003 about Freddy and Fanny's problems however, Democrat Congress Women Maxine Waters of California and Massachusetts Democrat Congressmen Barney Frank both denied that their was any problems with Freddy and Fanny and said that Mr. Rains did not do anything illegal.

Well the American people are not fooled and that is the reason why many of Obama's top ails in Congress and in the U.S Senate are now out of a job. Senator Harry Reid to this day still does not get it and that is " The American People want the speeding to stop now!" We as hard working Americans have to live by are own means. We all have a budget to balance when we pay bills I am right about that? Well so should members of our Government. The problem with the liberals especially these left wing college students is that they think money grows on trees because its the kool aide that their left wing commie professors give them all the time. Unfortunately they will find out too late that nothing is for free.

Do they understand that this is not their money this is our money and we have the say so on what should be done. That is why we vote and in the end it is "We The People of America" who makes the final decision. However, so far so good the Republican Congress is doing what they are told but the problem is that Senator Reid is not doing his part. Fox news reported on Wednesday April 6 that the Republican Congress has given an ultimatum to Senator Reid and that is " Senator Reid such come up with a dead line budget plain or he should resign as senate majority Leader". That is a good ideal! After all we the working class have dead lines to make as well. If we do not do our job right we get fired. If we do not work we can not pay our bills but its time that Harry Reid gets a taste of his own medicine.

This is what we can do about it! At this time please write a letter to your local congressmen, congresswomen or your U.S Senator and demand that Senator Reid should be giving a dead line to make a budget or resign as senate majority leader. For those of us in the business world we all have dead lines to meet. If we do not make the dead line we end up loosing money or lose many customers. Same thing with our elective officials if they do not do their job right they should be voted out office or be force to resign. Politics should not be about making money or being famous it should be about fixing and solving problems with the American people. The late legendary UCLA Coach John Wooden said it best when he said " It is not a question who is right it is a question what is right" That is a lesson we can all learn. What is right is that we help protect our children's further and make sure our elected officials take responsibility for their actions.

It is our job to make sure that our children and grand children live peacefully without dealing with any problems. We want our children and our grand children to live the American dream buy saving money and buy their first house without any problems. We owe it to our Children and their Children that is why we must do our part to save their further. Remember if not you then who will? True politics can be dirty and sometimes nasty but is it worth to fight the good fight for your children? Our Children can not vote until they our 18 so it is important we do what is best for them until they are able to make the right decisions for them selves. Our Children always look up to us and it is important we set a good example because politics should not be about making money or being famous it is all about making a difference and building a better America for our children and their children before we leave this earth.

The New Kentucky Welfare Law: Time To Wake Up California!

The State of Kentucky Got It Right It Is Time For California To Wake Up And Get Their Act Together Right Now!By Richard Espinoza Lead Editor Of The Espinoza Report.

I received a news tip from an anonymous tipster who's name I will go by as D.S. This news tip I have received from D.S is about Kentucky's new welfare law. I did some research on this story and I have come to the conclusion that this new welfare law in Kentucky is definitely should be the law in the state of California which is in huge bankrupt hole. According to Kentucky's new welfare law every person who is applying for food stamps or any type of state government assistance must take a mandatory drug test. Any applicant who fails the drug test will be denied food stamps or any type of assistance from the state.

Here in my state of California this is what is needed. California is almost in a trillion dollar deficit . Due to California's mismanagement of government speeding, tax payers are the ones who are hurting the most. Our broken welfare system is one of the main problems that is killing California . This is law should be enforced but here is the problem. Due to the fact that California is a very liberal state, Do not expect this law to happen any time soon. I am all for this new welfare law in Kentucky however, you will see some political oppositions on this issue. As I pointed out California is the second most liberal state only to New York.

Expect left wing organizations such as the fraudulent ACLU, ACORN, NOW, NAACP, and other liberal think tanks who will opposes this law if California adopted Kentucky's new welfare law. Let's say for argument sake that if California pass this welfare bill was sign into law the far left would make an argument that this law is unfair. For example groups such as the ACLU or NAACP would argue that this welfare law would prevent cancer patients who use medical marijuana from getting food stamps or other government assistance.You will also here arguments from the left wing media that Kentucky's welfare law targets or discriminate against all minorities. You can expect the far left to play the race card if California ever had this law.


You would agree that welfare should be given to those who pay tax's and are looking for temporary help until someone finds a job. It should also be given to senior citizens who are on fix income or from a passing of a decease spouse who they depended on for income. You have people who are laid off from their job and when they need it the most someone is take advantage the system which is putting California into a hole. Unfortunately Sacramento is not doing anything to fix this simple problem that is because of its fear of political correctness at the expense of the ACLU.

The question is what do you think and what should be done? If you are fed up with the hog wash that is going on in Sacramento then this is what you should do. Write to your local congressman or congresswomen and let them know where you stand. Demand that California should adopt Kentucky's new welfare law because its the right thing to do.How much more of this can California tax payers put up with this? Also write to your U.S Senator or State Senator and demand that California's welfare system needs to be fix. Get together with your friends and neighbors and help get a petition started and make sure it gets on the ballet for the 2012 Presidential elections.

We can make it happen it takes you the California tax payer to make it work. We can all make a difference so please do your part and lets clean up this mess in California before it gets worse.
Remember not only you the California tax payer is paying for this but your children and your grand children and your great grand children will be pay for this. Our children deserve better then this and it is up to us to do what is right and send a message to Sacramento and tell them enough is enough and it is time to fix this broken system.

The Trageday In Tucson Arizona: We Must Stand United As Americans

All Americans Must Stand United And Pray For Those Who Lost Their Lives In Tucson Arizona. I Ask All Republicans, Democrats And Independents Please Unite Together.

At this time I would like to give my thoughts and prayers to Congress Women Gabrielle Giffords and her family. Please hang in there madam Congress Women we are all praying for you. I would also like to give my deepest condolences to the families of the six victims who died in a very unfair matter. We are all behind you 100%.

I want to apologize to my readers of my blog for not doing a report on the new congress that swore in to office on Wednesday. Due to my busy schedule I did not have time to do a blog on the new congress and I was planing on doing a late blog. But due to this sad tragedy it was important that I report this story first. This is a story I should not have to report but it is something I had to do. It breaks my heart to see something like this and yet we just do not know why this had to happen?

When this tragedy happen many of my viewers wanted my reaction on what happen in Tucson. Well here is my take on this story. Most of my friends as well as my viewers know I am a strong supporter for gun rights. If it was not for guns America would never existed in the first place. If it was not for the Second Amendment we would not have free speech or a right to vote and for that matter the right to live respectfully and peacefully without the fear of government dictating our lives . However some have ask me how does the Second Amendment protect our rights?
Very simple if the government took our guns away and ever thing else would also be taken away from us and that including our right to vote and free speech and there for we would be slaves.

It would be very unfair to blame law abiding gun owners for what this punk kid name Jared Loughner did. This was a kid who was sick in the head and should not be allowed to live in our society in the first place. Who I hold responsible for this tragedy is our justice system. Time and time again members of the state parole board in all fifty states give slap on the risk to criminals who would put other people at risk each time they return back to the street. Take for example if you remember convicted murder Richard Allen Davis who raped and killed 13 year old Polly Klass back in 1993.

Before Davis was released from prison, he only served 8 years of his 16 year prison term at the time when the California State parole board let him out with only serving 8 years in prison when he should have served the full 16 years. Davis was convicted of an arm robbery back in 1985 before he took that young girls life. If you have watch any of Bill O' Reilly's shows on Fox News you my recall a time were a judge from Connecticut gave a slap on a risk to a child molester by giving him probation. A team of reporters from Fox News confronted he Judges at his home and he just walk away and would not say anything. He had no shame for his decision.

You can also point the finger on the liberal media who does not get the facts right or for that matter they never do their job the right way. Day after day the liberal media wants to blame law abiding gun owners for any tragedy that relates to any crimes that are used with guns. The problem is that the media does not report the real truth on where criminals get their guns to commit their crimes. MSNBC, CSNBC and ABC are just some examples of media outlets who never tell the truth.

The liberal media make up lies that gun shops or gun shows are the reason why guns go into the hands of criminals. That is 100% false and they know it is. First of all criminals buy guns from the black market. Second of all they steel guns or they make their own guns. Do you honesty think a criminal is going to pay $500 to $1000 for a handgun? No they will not. They want to buy a cheep black market gun that they can buy for less then a $100. Nine out of ten times a license gun deal would not sell a gun to any person with a criminal record because if they did then they would be sued or loose their business.

When ever a gun deal sells a gun they always ask for your drivers license and they do finger prints with a back ground check. They also ask you questions and then you have you fill out a form. I should know because I have bought a lot of guns to know how it works. True there are times a criminal slips though the cracks when they buy a gun at a gun shop by using a false name. It happens but its very rarely that it does. If a convicted felon attempts to buy a gun at a gun shop or gun show his or her record will show and there for they would get sent back to jail.

The point I am getting is that no matter what gun laws you want or what gun laws should be made they will never work. Australia and England are two good examples. Back in the mid 1990's handguns or any type of semi auto gun have been ban from those two countries. The question is did it stop crime? It did not stop crime at all. In fact it made it even worse. The criminals still get the guns leaving the law abiding citizens defenceless. This explains why crime is so high in Australia and England because criminals know that their victims are easy targets because they are not armed.


For those of you who are law abiding gun owners you will soon expect the worst and that is the Brady Campaign asking for new gun laws that are useless to begin with. Already sometime this week Brady Campaign President Paul Helmki is expected to be at a press conference. It never fails each time a gun crime has happen such as this one the Brady Campaign is always in the spot light making up lies just to push their political agenda. It should be interesting what that stooge Helmki has to say next.


I want to see handguns go into the hands of honesty law abiding citizens who will use a gun the right way and not the wrong way. Everyone should have a right to protect their home and family if some sick creep like Jared Loughner breaks into their house. Guns are not the problem it is the criminals who are the real problem. No matter what gun laws we have in America, crimials will always find away to get a gun. I was very bless to have a wonderful Dad who taught me right from wrong. My late father Richard Espinoza Sr taught me the importance of responsible gun ownership. He took the time to explain the rules of using a firearm and never abuse it.

He took the time to tell me never point a gun at anyone and not even as a joke. Dad also remained me to always treat a gun as its loaded and always check any firearm to make sure its not loaded. After a day of target shooting he would hand me a black trash bag and made me pick up others peoples trash that they left behind. It was his way of showing to be respect full to the land in which I was allowed to used. I thank my Dad ever day for making me the person who I am today I only wish people can have a Dad like mine.

Inclusion of this story no matter what your political views are or what political party you are apart of lets all unite as American and pray for the families and victims of this horrible tragedy.
It does not matter if you are a Republican, Democrat, or Independent we should all put are differences aside and pray together. Political party's may fight with each other but true Americans always stand united together.
